The insolvency syndicate will sell free-of-hand claims owed to the natural person, which are components of the bankruptcy mass. The claims result from the default loan agreement and financial support agreement and their total nominal value is PLN 259.098,16 (two fifty-nine thousand ninety-eight and 16/100 zlotys). The claims arising from the above contracts shall be secured by two Blanco notes supplemented by the syndicate for the total amount indicated above, together with the notes. The minimum selling price is PLN 3.00.00 (three thousand zlotys) gross.
