The syndicate will sell non-residential built-in property (previously a grocery store), with an area of 84,28 m2, located on land owned by the Lubsko Municipality of 135m2, for perpetual use until 27.04.2087. The property is located at ul. Industrial in Lubsk, on land marked as plot number 100/28. The building has a sales room (47.61m2), a communication room (17.55m2) and a sanitary unit (2.80 m2, 1.10 m2, 1.16 m2) and an office (7.55m2). The property is in medium technical condition. The Syndicate shall not be liable for the condition and disadvantages of the property, in particular the liability for warranties shall be excluded. The property will be sold to the person who will submit to the syndicate the most advantageous written offer to purchase the property. The offer can be submitted by registered letter or in person at the syndicate's office, ul. Sobieski 18, Zielona Góra, by 20.06.2022 (deciding the date of impact). The offer shall include: 1. indication of real estate; 2) an indication of the buyer (s) concerned; 3. the purchase price offered, not less than PLN 54,500; 4. the time limit for binding the tender, not less than 31.08.2022; The Syndicate does not provide for the payment of a security or the conclusion of pre-emptive (conditional) contracts.
