Selling free-hand through a written tender participation of 1⁄2 in land property property rights BASIC INFORMATION The subject of the written tender is the property of Fallen Paweł Mrukowski in the form of a 1⁄2 share in the property right built in a single-family residential building located on plot No. 221/4 with an area of 0.150 ha in Dębno Polskie at ul. Korczak 8B, the municipality of Rawicz, in the district of Rawicki, for which the District Court of Rawik, Faculty IV of the Eternal Books, holds the perpetual book No PO1R/00027019/6. The estimated operation by the estate assessor Mgr Tadeusz Jaszewski of 15 June 2020 shall be made available for electronic inspection or at the Syndicate's premises at: ul. Grzybowska 2/78, 01-031 Warszawa, approx. 9 a.m. 16:00 and in the case file: XI Gup 340/18, in the reading room of the District Court in Poznań, at ul. Mill 1A. The sale of real estate takes place in accordance with the rules laid down in the Rules of Procedure (available at the syndicate) and in the Act of 28 February 2003 and in other provisions generally applicable on the date of sale. The sale price is set at not less than 35% of the estimated price of the above-mentioned property, i.e.: 41.413,00zł. The security shall be set at 10% of the value of the property covered by the purchase offer. The time limit for the submission of tenders shall be 18.03.2022 (the date of the postmark or the date indicated on the acknowledgement of acceptance shall be calculated).
