The bankruptcy syndicate will sell free of charge the right to the bankrupt company Blue System BS sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Bydgoszcz in bankruptcy consisting of: the right to movable property and the company's brand at a price of not less than PLN 810.300,00 net, provided that: The buyer will undertake to cover the costs of concluding the contract; The price agreed with the buyer will be paid in full to the bankruptcy account prior to the conclusion of the sale contract. The sale of the company shall take place with the exception of claims owed to the bankrupt and to the syndicate of liabilities and cash in the cash register and in the bank account. Tenders shall be submitted by 4.08.2021 noon. 2:00 p.m. at the address of the syndicate's office: ul. Less than 33, 85-516 Bydgoszcz. Tenders shall contain: 1. in the case of natural persons: name, full address, telephone number and PESEL number; 2. in the case of entities other than a natural person, the name of the tenderer indicating his place of establishment, the form of the legal organisation and the signatures of the persons authorised to make declarations on behalf of the successful tenderer, together with the document indicating the authority of those persons, the exact address, telephone number and NIP and REGON numbers; 3. an up-to-date copy of the relevant register or records relating to the tenderer; 4. the offered purchase price, the amount of which may not be lower than the call price; 5. the method of payment of the price, provided that the tenderer undertakes to pay no later than the day preceding the conclusion of the contract transferring the right to tender; 6. Proof of deposit payment of 81,000 to account number 32***********027 2102 2085******001 until 24.06.2021. 7. a statement that the tenderer has taken note of the legal and technical status of the tender and does not raise objections; 8. an undertaking to cover all costs associated with the sale; 9. an indication of the bank account number to be returned; 10. a statement that the tenderer agrees to forfeit the security in the event of acceptance of his offer and not payment of the price within the time limit.
