RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR SALE OF IMMOVABLENESS IN THE SLOW-HANDED CIRCUMSTANCE Acting as a syndicate of bankruptcy of a non-business natural person, I declare the rules governing the sale of cooperative property rights to a residential establishment situated in a multi-family building at ul. Grunwaldzka 7A/59 in Iława. 1. The object of the sale is the cooperative ownership right to residential premises No. 59, located in multi-family building No. 7A at ul. Grunwaldzka in Iława with a usable area of 36,47 m2, Ławski district, Warmia-Mazurskie voivodeship, for which the District Court in Ilawa V The Faculty of Perpetual Books runs the perpetual book No. EL1I/00041564/7. 2. The call price is set at PLN 174 00.00 (say: one hundred seventy four thousand PLN 00/100). 3. The estimated real estate operation is available at the syndicate Grant Finance Sp. z o.o. at: ul. M. Reja 13/15 premises 1002, 81-874 Sopot and can be made available electronically. 4. Interested persons should submit offers by 25 July 2021 via the Polish Post to the address of the syndicate: Grant Finance Sp. z o.o., ul. M. Reja 13/15 lokal 1002, 81-874 Sopot, the effectiveness of submitting the offer is determined by the date of departure to the syndicate's office, and not by the postmark date, as well as the offer can be submitted personally in the syndicated office or by e-mail to: biuro@grantfinance.pl. 5. The price offered may not be lower than the value indicated in the paragraph. 2 above. 6. Confirmation of the transfer shall be annexed to the offer. 7. The offer, together with the confirmation of the payment of the security, shall include the exact indication of the offer making the offer together with an indication of telephone number and e-mail address, the designation of the property and the purchase price offered. 8. The selection of offers will take place at the syndicate on 26 July 2021 at the latest. 12:00. 9. Where more than one offer is received, the syndicate shall auction for the choice of the buyer. The auction may be attended by tenderers who have offered similar, highest prices. The selection of bids participating in the auction will be made by the syndicate. A possible auction will take place on 26 July 2021 at 12:30 p.m. using electronic means (e-mail, tel., skype, others) or personally. The call price in the auction is the highest price offered in the offer with an act of PLN 5 000,00 (in words: five thousand PLN 00/100). 10. The agreement in the form of a notarial act should be concluded within two months from the date of the selection of the tender. 11. The buyer must pay the full price no later than three days before signing the contract. All costs related to the conclusion of the contract shall be borne by the buyer. The syndicate indicates notarial law firms located in Tricity for the purpose of signing the contract. 12.
