The bankruptcy syndicate of Wojciech Olichwer, a natural person who does not conduct business, will sell a share of 2/12 in the property rights of the property located in Zielona Góra at ul. Ludwik Zamenhofa 20/2, for which the District Court in Zielona Góra VI Department of the Perpetual Book keeps the perpetual book No. ZG1E/00118537/9 with a legal participation in the ownership of the joint real estate for which there is a permanent book No ZG 1E/00084678/1, which is owned by Wojciech Olichwer, at the most advantageous price offered, but not less than PLN 20 000,00.
