1. The bankruptcy mass syndicate invites you to submit offers for the purchase of a mass of bankruptcy in the form of property rights of built-in property marked with plot No 322/2 of the area of 0,0400 ha, located in Rożental 69 A in the municipality of Lubawa, the district of Iławski, Warmia-Mazurskie voivodeship, built in a residential building with an attic, unsubstituted, with a usable area 53,60 m2 with a 12,46 m2 boiler room and an economic building with a wooden structure used for residential purposes of 32,53 m2 and a garage building with an area of 5,90 m2 for which the perpetual book KW EL1I/00011566/2 by the District Court in Iława V is kept. 2.
