Syndicate of the mass of bankruptcy of Monika Białk, a natural person who does not carry out business activity, in the proceedings for the signature of act VI GUP 26/19 held before the District Court of Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, will sell free-hand claims to Katarzyna Janczewska in the following amounts: 36 000,00 zł, which is due at the date of publication of the notice only part. The loan agreement was concluded on 6 March 2017 and the repayment should take place each month after PLN 500. The loan agreement does not provide for its termination.In the absence of repayment of the loan, contractual interest for a delay of 10% per year shall be calculated; 3 000,00 zł, which results from the contract of sale of the vehicle; at a price not less than 500 PLN.
