The bankruptcy syndicate of Izabela Lisiecka, a non-business natural person (act XI Gup 138/20), will sell free of charge a package of claims that she has fallen due to VAT invoices issued in respect of the construction works she has carried out in the field of her business. The claims are not recognised as implementing title, they are not and have not been prosecuted for their investigation. Credits aren't statute of limitations. The nominal value of the claim is PLN 83.792,52 gross. The package of receivables will be sold at the most advantageous price offered, but not less than PLN 20.00.00. The offer can also be sent by post to the above address. The offer submitted within the deadline by post shall be deemed to have been delivered to the Syndician Registry by 1 p.m. on 8 April 2021. The syndicate reserves the right to extend the time limit for the submission of tenders. The opening and selection of tenders will take place in the Syndician Office within 3 days after the deadline for submission. The contract of sale shall be concluded within the time limit set by Syndyk, within one month of the date on which the contest protocol was drawn up. By the date preceding the date of conclusion of the sale contract, the entire price must be paid and affect the bank account of the bankruptcy. The Syndicate reserves the right to withdraw from receiving and evaluating offers without giving a reason.
