EXCLUSION FROM THE SALE REGULATION. 1. The object of the sale is the property of a commercial commercial premises located in a multi-storey building in the ground level located in Pruszcz Gdański at 65 Insurgents' Street in Warsaw, located on a land marked geodesically in the registration unit of the City of Prusz Gdański, dz. nr 601, covered by KW No. GD1G/00068045/4, for which the perpetual book on No GD1G/00178828/1, for the most favourable price for bankruptcy, not less than 30% of the estimated value, i.e. 865 200,00 PLN. The sale shall be subject to all the property, including: The share of the amount of 1/2 in property rights belonging to the bankruptcy estate of Andrzej Siwowski (Insolvency proceedings carried out before the District Court of Gdańsk in Gdansk under the signature of Act GD1G/GUp/10/2022) and A share of 1/2 in property rights belonging to the bankruptcy of Ireneusz Wolszczak (Insolvency proceedings carried out before the District Court of Gdańsk in Gdansk under the signature of Act GD1G/Gup/5/2022). 2. The condition for participation in the tender contest is to pay a security of 10%, the price of the calling property for which the offer is submitted, as indicated in §2 of the Rules of Procedure.
