The starting price for the items listed in point 1 for the complete equipment of the self-service shop is PLN 20.00.00 (in words: twenty thousand) gross (including VAT). It is possible to submit an offer for individual items of equipment, specifying the price for the selected component of the equipment. 3. Interested should submit their offers by 22 September 2022 at the Syndic Office at: Syndyk Masy Wspólności Rafała Godianka, ul. Radiation 8A/loc. 9, 35-051 Rzeszów or send them to the Syndic Office by registered letter (decides the date of receipt of offers to the Office of Syndic, not the date on which it was given). The offer must include the price offered (precise indication of the amount), at least equal to the call price, and the designation of the applicant (in the case of a natural person: name, PESEL, address, contact telephone, possibly e-mail address, and for other entities: the name, registered office, registration number, correspondence address, if different from the registered office and contact telephone and an e-mail address if the contact address is different from the one from which the offer was received). 4.
