ACT IX GUP 339/21 Barbara Panasiuk's bankruptcy syndicate of a non-business natural person shall notify the tender, in writing and unlimited, of the sale of: (a) 1/2 participation in the property right of land property located in Sosnowice, with an area of 0,29 ha, no registration number of plot 509, for which the perpetual book No LU1W/00047392/5 is kept for a price not less than PLN 15,000 (fifteen thousand zlotys); (b) 1/2 participation in property rights of land property consisting of registered plot No 180/1 with an area of 0,0563 ha built in a single-family building with a usable area of 129.92 m2, located in Biała Podlaska, at ul. Sitnica 125B, for which the book LU1B/00090014/9 is kept, for a price not less than PLN 184,000 (one hundred and eighty-four thousand zlotys); (c) 1/6 share in property rights of land property consisting of the registered plot No 180/4 with an area of 0,0273 ha, which is an unbuilt internal access road located in Biała Podlaska, at 125 Sitnicka Street, for which the perpetual book No LU1B/00090015/6 is kept for a price not less than PLN 4,000 (four thousand zlotys). Characteristics of the offer: The starting price of the tender shall be: (a) for 1/2 participation in the property right of land property located in Sosnowice, with an area of 0,29 ha, no registration number of plot 509, for which the perpetual book No LU1W/00047392/5 is kept; (b) for 1/2 a share in the property right of land property consisting of a registered plot No 180/1 with an area of 0,0563 ha built in a single-family building with a usable area of 129.92 m2, located in Biała Podlaska, at ul. Sitnicka 125B, for which the book LU1B/00090014/9 is kept, is 184,000 zł; (c) for a 1/6 share in the property right of land property consisting of the registered plot No 180/4 with an area of 0,0273 ha, which is not built as an internal access road, located in Biała Podlaska, at 125 Sitnicka Street, for which the perpetual book No LU1B/00090015/6 is kept. The property is sold in execution mode. The conditions for participation in the invitation to tender shall be: submission of the tender by post by 31 March 2022 . It is mentioned that the date and time of receipt of the offer to the Syndic Office shall be counted in order to keep the deadline specified in this paragraph.
