The Bankruptcy Mass Syndicate in the bankruptcy proceedings Bartosz Mostka announces the sale free-of-hand of claims forming part of the bankruptcy mass which constitute claims against third parties arising in connection with the bankrupt business activity with a nominal value of PLN 36 714.05, i.e.: 1. in the amount of PLN 18 577,20 to the debtor Tomasz Pompeii, which was ordered to pay on 25.03.2013 by the District Court in Kielce, V GNc 1495/13 (feasibility clause of 3.06.2013, enforcement proceedings surrendered on 30.06.2015) 2. in the amount of PLN 18 136.85 to the debtor Patryciusz Jabłoński, judged in absentia of 20.06.2013 by the District Court for Warsaw, VIII GC 1181/12 (feasibility clause of 25.10.2013, enforcement proceedings decommitted 23.10.2015) for a minimum price of PLN 36 714.05 Any questions concerning the subject matter and conditions of sale shall be received by e-mail to and from the email address. 57*******21. The offer to purchase claims should be made directly at the Syndica Registry, Al. 9th Ages Kielc 8/1, 25-516 Kielce (personally or through Polish mail) by 30 August 2021 (decides the date of impact of the offer to the Syndic Office). The purchase offer shall include: • precise indication of the tenderer's name or the name of the supplier's company, in the case of a natural person, address of residence and PESEL number, and, in case of the firm, the registered address of the bidder, legal form of the offerer and the number of the KRS, REGON and NIP (depending on its legal form), contact telephone and e-mail number, • precise indication of the subject matter of the tender, • the purchase price offered, • signature of insolvency proceedings • the signature of the natural person who is a tenderer or the signatures of the persons authorised to represent the tenderer who is not a natural person on the tender. If Syndyk receives the tenders referred to above within the time limit specified for the submission of the tenders, two or more tenders with the same highest price shall be auctioned by prior notification (by e-mail, telephone or letter) of the tenderers who have submitted the highest tenders, of the date and place of the auction. The call price during the auction will be the highest bid price offered by the tenderers. The costs of concluding the contract shall be borne entirely by the tenderer. The Syndicator reserves the right to change the terms of the contest, cancel the competition without giving reasons and close the contest without selecting the tenderer.
