The sale of the right to lease the plot takes place on the basis of the Act of 28 February 2003 in bankruptcy law (hereinafter: p.u.) and the Civil Code (c.c.). The date of payment of the security shall be the date on which the funds are credited to the indicated bank account. The security paid by the Tenderer to whom the offer is to be selected shall be counted against the selling price. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the security shall not be refunded. The security paid by the Offers whose offer has not been selected is refundable.
