Green, consisting of registration parcels marked with numbers 3274/6 and 3283, with a total area of 670 m2 for which perpetual books with numbers CZ1M/000272700/0, CZ1 M/00018527/1, 3rd right of use of perpetual land, unbuilt property located in Myszkow, ul. 1 May, consisting of registration parcels with the numbers 368/25 and 368/90 with a total area of 36,146 m2, for which a permanent book with the number CZ1M/00083735/8, 4th machines and equipment and small-value items is kept, 5th all intangible and material components of an enterprise which has fallen under the provisions of Article 551 of the Civil Code, intended to carry out business economic, including technical documentation, any authorisation, environmental consents, excluding: A) cash values in the cash register and bank accounts forming part of the bankruptcy mass, B) documentation to be archived by the bankrupt (caddy-paying, organizational), C) claims which form part of bankruptcy mass arising after the declaration of bankruptcy and which are not covered by the the valuation of the expert asset valuer. The minimum selling price for the tender is PLN 2,100,000 (two million, one hundred thousand zlotys), i.e. approx. 50% of the estimated value of forced sales by the asset valuer after the update of March 15, 2022. In the course of the tendering procedure, the price shall be increased by the amount of the duty due on goods and services or civil law activities in accordance with the applicable law, in so far as such tax is due and to the extent that it is due.
