NOTICE OF THE WRITTEN COMPANY OFFER Bankruptcy mass syndicate of the Farma Service Company of the company with limited liability companies located in Kutno, announces a written competition for the sale of ownership of movable property which is the equipment of the Tool Room; among others, turning knives, turning discs, belt saws, welding shafts, adjustable keys, drills, chain saws and cuttings, threads, drills, grinders, polishers, hammers, levelers, altimeter, visors, tags, metal files, capes, electromagnetic drillers, protective suits, disc cutters, rolling mills and manholes; hammer strokes, machine and hand cutters; welding masks and other. Detailed list of items and regulations will be sent at the request of the person concerned by e-mail or in a private message. The competition may be attended by natural persons, legal persons and organisational units referred to in Article 331 k.c. The starting price of the contest is PLN 12 347.00 net (twelve thousand three hundred forty-seven zlotys) and is the net price. The price shall be added to the value of the tax on goods and services (VAT) at the rate in force at the time of signature of the sales contract, with the current rate of 23 %. A deposit of PLN 1234,70 (one thousand two hundred thirty-four gold 70/100) is a condition for entering the competition. The security must be paid by 4 July 2022 into the bank's bankruptcy account No 08 1020 3408 0000 4702 0473 9993. The date of recognition of the bankruptcy account shall be determined by the date on which the payment is made. The security shall be forfeit to the seller if the successful tenderer has waived the conclusion of the contract of sale within the time limit set by the receiver, including by not paying the price. Wadia concerning tenders which are not selected or which have been rejected shall be returned by the syndicate without interest no later than 7 days from the date of selection of the tender. This provision shall apply mutatis mutandis in the event of termination of the invitation to tender other than by selecting the tender. The security paid by the successful tenderer shall be calculated against the purchase price. The security shall not be subject to interest or valorisation. Piotrkowska 270, lokal. 412, 90-361 Łódź) by 4 July 2022 until 16:00 in a closed, opaque envelope on which the tenderer concerned must be marked and marked with the designation "Buy-Tool" contest. The date on which the offer is to be submitted shall be determined by the date of its delivery to the syndicate. The offer must contain: (a) the precise designation of the name, registered office, address and legal form of the tenderer; (b) the offered net price for the purchase of the subject-matter of the tender described in paragraph 1, expressed in figures and words. (c) the signature by hand of the tenderer (persons or persons entitled to represent the tenderer). The offer shall be accompanied by: (a) documents demonstrating that the person (s) who has signed the tender on behalf of the tenderer is entitled to represent him; (b) a statement by the tenderer or the person representing the tenderer that he has taken note of the terms of the invitation to tender and accepts them without reservation, and that he is familiar with the subject-matter of the contest and raises no objections to its physical and legal status. The opening of tenders and the selection of tenders shall take place within 7 days of the closing date for the submission of tenders. The tender selection criterion is the highest price offered. The syndicate shall conclude the contract of sale within the time limit set by it, not more than two months from the date on which the tender is selected. All costs of concluding a sales contract and receiving goods shall be borne by the buyer. The price resulting from the successful tender together with the tax on goods and services must be paid in full prior to the conclusion of the contract of sale to the bank account of bankruptcy. The non-payment of the price entitles the syndicate to withdraw from the conclusion of the sale contract. The Syndicate may cancel the competition until the selection of the offer without giving reasons.
