The date of receipt of the offer to the Seller and not the date of dispatch shall be decisive for assessing the maintenance of the above deadline. The Syndicator reserves the right to withdraw from the competition of tenders or to cancel the competition without giving reasons. The submission of an offer shall be equivalent, inter alia, to the tenderer's declaration of acceptance of the terms and conditions of the tender contest and acceptance of these Rules of Procedure. The terms and conditions of the tender contest are available in the syndicate's office. At the request of each tenderer, it shall be made available by e-mail. Shoes aren't used.
