Third Free Selling Advertisement The Syndicate in the bankruptcy proceedings of Andrzej Zimnicki, a natural person not engaged in business activity (act IX Gup 259/21 sk) announces that in accordance with the order of the Lublin-East District Court in Lublin with its registered office in Świdnik IX, the Economic Department for bankruptcy and restructuring matters of 27 June 2024 sells free of charge by choice the most favourable offer and concerning: The share of 1/8 parts in the property law of the built-in land property which is a plot with the registration number 152/5 with a total area of 0,15 ha, located in the town of Wystawa, the commune Total, the district of Skarżysk, the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, for which the District Court in Skarzysk less than PLN 13 370,00 (in words thirteen thousand three hundred seventy PLN 00/100) representing 25 % of the estimated value.
