Mateusz Ładyga syndicate of the bankruptcy of PASTRAMI DELI sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy with its registered office in Krakow (KRS: 556263), announces the sale of claims belonging to the bankruptcy mass (in the form of a tender contest). The subject of sale under this tender contest is described in detail in Annex 1 to the Rules of Procedure. The object of the sale is a package of thirty-nine claims held by PASTRAMI DELI sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy with a total nominal value of PLN 60 923,27. The minimum price for the purchase of a package of receivables is PLN 3 655,40. The condition for participation in the Competition is to submit a written offer in Polish, either by personal mail or by registered mail with confirmation of receipt, by 6 August 2024 in closed and sealed envelopes to the following address: Law Firm of the Restructuring Advisor Mateusz Ładyg, ul. Cistercians 9, 31-553 Kraków. The conditions for joining the Competition are the payment of a security, the amount of which is specified in the Rules of the Competition for tenders of PLN 200,00. The opening of offers will take place on 7 August 2024 at 10 a.m. at the syndicate.
