Bankruptcy Syndicate established in bankruptcy proceedings under the name of Act: GD1G/Gup-s/995/2023 announces a written tender contest for the sale of a part of bankruptcy in the form of claims in the amount of PLN 23 976,00 from Michał Kurzawa for the division of the assets of Melodia-a civil company at the highest proposed price, but not less than PLN 100,00 (in words: 100 zlotys). The sale and acquisition of the claim shall take place in the state in which it is situated on the date of sale. Credit is covered by the enforcement title in the form of the order of the District Court of Gdansk-North in Gdańsk of 14 September 2018. n.e.c. Act: V GNs 1/16 provided with a Feasibility Clause of 26.11.2019, the Order of the Regional Court of Gdańsk of 22 October 2019. n.a. Act XII GA 1060/18. The above claim was subject to enforcement proceedings carried out by Komornik Sądowej Katarzyna Chyła under the name of Act: GKm 168/19, which was dismissed by order of 14 February 2022 due to the inefficiencies of the execution. THE CONDITIONS OF THE OFFER COMPETITIVE Tenders shall be submitted by 17 January 2024. personally at the law firm of the Gdansk Syndicate (80-414) at ul. The offer must contain: the name and address in the case of natural persons submitting the tender and the name or establishment of the economic activity, where it is carried out, whether its name, address and legal form, where the tender is submitted by entities other than natural persons; contact details to the tenderer; the purchase price offered; the signature of the tenderer; The tender shall be accompanied by a statement from the tenderer that he is aware of the legal and factual situation of the claim, does not raise any objections, agrees to cover any fees, taxes and costs relating to the conclusion of the contract of sale, is aware that he will be obliged to pay the price before the sale contract is concluded. The opening and recognition of tenders will take place at a public meeting on 18 January 2024 at 10 a.m. at the syndicate's office in Gdansk at ul. Chroat 79 F. The syndicate will select the buyer with the highest price offered. The Syndicate reserves the right to: the withdrawal from the competition of tenders or the cancellation of the contest of tenders in whole or in part with an indication of which element is the subject of the competition for tenders, the decision shall apply without giving a reason; failure to choose an offer without giving a reason. The sale contract will be signed after payment of the total price by transfer to the bank account of the bankruptcy mass of Przemysław Kowiel. All costs of concluding the contract shall be borne by the buyer. The sale and acquisition of the claim shall take place in the state in which it is situated on the date of sale.
