The Syndicator reserves the right to withdraw from the competition of tenders or to cancel the competition without giving reasons. The submission of an offer shall be equivalent, inter alia, to the tenderer's declaration of acceptance of the terms and conditions of the tender contest and acceptance of these Rules of Procedure.
