Bankruptcy syndicate in the bankruptcy proceedings of NZOZ Gin-Medicus Sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy with its registered office in Wyszkowie (KRS: 0000322472, NIP: 7621962733) announces sale of movable and equipment used in gynecological and obstetrical care units. The list of movables offered for sale is available on the syndyka website (tomasz.szadkowski@dorest.pl) Interested should submit offers by 18 April 2024 by electronic means to the following e-mail address: offer@dorest.pl, in person or by letter to the office of the syndicate, ul. The tenders shall be identified by 19 April 2024 at 10 a.m. If more than one tender meeting the minimum price is received, the syndicate shall conduct an oral auction (addition) and the call price shall be the highest bid submitted during the competition in writing. The offer under rejection shall include: 1) Precise indication of the tenderer: the name or the name of the supplier's company, the address of the successful tenderer's registered address, the legal form of the bidder and the number of the KRS, REGON, NIP (depending on the legal forms of the tenderers) and, in the case of a natural person, PESEL. 2) The net purchase price offered for the assets sold, the price offered shall be expressed in amount and in words and shall not be lower than the minimum net unit price for the movable property concerned. (3) A statement that the tenderer has taken note of the facts, i.e. the technical, utility, legal and mobility equipment, and does not raise any objections. (4) Signature of the natural person who is a tenderer or signatures of the persons authorised to represent the tenderer who is not a natural person on the tender and of all declarations. 5) A precise indication of the subject matter of the offer (name, brand, model). 6. contact number and e-mail address. The offerer must pay the full selling price prior to the issue of the movable property only in the form of a transfer to the bank account of the bankruptcy mass, at the latest by the end of the day preceding the date of conclusion of the sale contract. Sales made in insolvency proceedings shall have the effect of enforcing the sale. The provisions concerning the sale in enforcement proceedings are laid down in Articles 864 et seq. of the Civil Procedure Code.
