Mateusz Ładyga syndicate of the mass of bankruptcy STRUCTURAL COMPANY WITH RESTRUCTURING RESPONSIBILITY COMPANIES in bankruptcy with its registered office in Krakow (KRS: 498487), announces the sale of movable property belonging to the mass bankruptcy. The subject matter of this tender contest is described in detail in Annex 1 to the Rules of Procedure. The object of the sale is small equipment designed for construction works (including impact drill, level, sheet cutters, construction wheelbarrow). The gross minimum price for movable property is specified in the Regulations of the Competition for Tenders. The condition for participation in the Competition is to submit a written offer in Polish, either by personal mail or by registered mail with confirmation of receipt, by 3 June 2024 in closed and sealed envelopes to the following address: Law Firm of the Restructuring Advisor Mateusz Ładyg, ul. Cistercians 9, 31-553 Kraków. The conditions for joining the Competition are the payment of a security, the amount of which is specified in the rules of the competition. The opening of tenders will take place on 4 June 2024 at 10 a.m. at the syndicate.
