CHALLENGE PRICE: The starting price of the contest is PLN 2.325,00 (say: two thousand three hundred twenty five PLN 00/100), which is 75% of the value of the estimate prepared by the valuer: Dariusz Mrualski. Sales are not subject to VAT. METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION OFFER: The conditions for participation in the competition for tenders shall be the submission of a tender in accordance with the requirements set out below. 1. Tenders may be submitted by: (a) send the scan of the signed offer by e-mail to: mariusz.trescinski@kfmt.pl, as an attachment to the message, the message should be titled "KONKURSOWA (b) send a written offer by registered letter to Syndyk's office or submit it directly in Syndyka's Office at: Restructuring Advisor Mariusz Treściński, ul. The offer under rejection shall contain the following statements: a statement that the tenderer is familiar with the legal status of the goods offered for sale, a statement that the tenderer is not the person indicated in 157a. 2 and 3 p.u. is not a syndicate, his spouse, initial, alternate, siblings, the person with him in relation to the adoption or spouse of such a person, as well as the person who is in actual relationship with him, who runs the household together, a statement that the tenderer is not a failed tenderer, is not the representative of the failed tenderer; a statement by the tenderer that the rules of procedure of the contest have been complied with and that the conditions of the competition have been accepted without reservation, a statement that the tenderer undertakes to pay a tax on goods and services in the sum of which the obligation to charge and dismiss it will arise on the seller's side in the light of the tax provisions in force on the date of delivery or in the total of which it will be determined by a final decision issued by the competent tax authority. 3. The tender shall also be accompanied by any authorisation and consent to the acquisition of the subject-matter of the tender contest where they are required by law by reason of the person or firm of the tenderer. 4. Tenders must be submitted by 4 June 2024 provided that the tender must reach the Syndyka office or Syndyk's e-mail address within the specified time limit (decides the date of impact rather than the date on which the offer was made). 5. Tenders received by the Syndicate after the time limit specified above, even if they were issued (sent) before that date, as well as tenders which do not comply with at least one of the formal requirements set out in point (a). 2 and 3 above, will not be considered. 6. If Syndicate receives more than one tender meeting the formal requirements within the prescribed time limit, the Syndicator will perform the auction (the auction). ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 1. The Syndicator reserves the right, at each stage of the proceedings and without giving a reason, to withdraw from the sale or closure of the tender contest, including the auction (s) without selecting any of the offers. 2. Sales made in insolvency proceedings shall have the effect of enforcing the sale. The provisions concerning the sale in enforcement proceedings are laid down in Articles 864 et seq. of the Civil Procedure Code. Purchasers are not entitled to any warranty claim (exclusion of warranty liability for the disposal of ownership of movable property). 3. This notice is purely commercial information and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
