EXCLUSION FROM THE SALE REGULATION. 1. The object of the sale is a share of 1⁄4 in the property right No. 1 located on the floor of the first residential building No. 16D located in Kwidzyn at Radzyńska Street, KW No. GD1I/00043966/7, together with a share in the 50/100 in the land property right constituting plot No. 329 and in parts of the common building from which the premises were separated (KW GD1I/00019729/7), for the most advantageous price for the bankruptcy mass, not less than PLN 4 317.80 (in words: four thousand three hundred and seventeen PLN 80/100). 2. The condition for participation in the tender contest is to pay a security of 10%, the price of the calling property for which the offer is submitted, as indicated in §2 of the Rules of Procedure.
