Bankruptcy syndicate in bankruptcy proceedings conducted in the electronic system (National Debt Register) under the signature of the act: GL1G/Gup-s/83/2022 (Gliwice District Court Department XII Economics) invites you to submit offers in the third competition for the sale of real estate. The object of the sale is the property covered by the ownership, cooperative right to housing no. 19, in a building located in Rybnik on Chabrowa 10A street, for which the District Court in Rysnik Division V of the Perpetual Book carries out an eternal book with the number GL1Y/00124510/5. The reduced call price is 145,000 zlotys (one hundred forty-five thousand zloty). The sale of real estate is not subject to tax on goods and services. Interested persons must submit tenders by 24 October 2023 via the Polish Post to the address of the syndicate's office: ul. Kościuszki 38/2A, 44-100 Gliwice, the effectiveness of submitting the offer is determined by the date of departure to the syndicate's office, not by the postal stamp date, as well as by the offer can be submitted in person in the syndicated office by 24 October 2023 until 24 October 2022. 14. The offerer is obliged to pay a security of PLN 7,500 (say: seven thousand five hundred zlotys) on the bank account of the bankruptcy estate held by Bank PeKaO S.A. in Gliwice with number: 02 1240 4272 1111 0000 4839 6398 by 24 October 2023. Confirmation of the transfer shall be annexed to the offer. The date of payment of the security shall be deemed to be the date of recognition of the payment in the bankruptcy account.
