Mateusz Ładyga, a syndicate of the bankruptcy of Kamil Wiślinski who does not conduct business, announces the sale of a vehicle belonging to the bankruptcy mass, free of charge, in the form of an offer contest. The competition is divided into two parts. The subject of sale for each part is described in detail in Annex 1 to the Regulation. The subject of the competition is the vehicle Volkswagen Golf V 1.9 TDI Tredline year of production 2004, VIN WVWZZZ1KZ4P044465, registration number KR 1 RL34 (hereinafter: the vehicle) forming part of the mass of the bankruptcy of Kamila Wiślinski not carrying out business activity. In the Annex to the Rules of Procedure, the syndicate shall submit a valuation prepared by the estate assessor Rafał Dąbrowski. The vehicle in question is in the average technical condition, without the current technical test, it has an up-to-date OC policy. The valuer responsible for drawing the valuation specified that replacement of tyres is required, the vehicle has a corrosion of the thresholds, engine covers, damaged front fender, matt headlights, point scratches, losses of the paint coating and dents. The gross minimum price is PLN 2 800,00 The condition for participation in the Competition is to submit a written offer in Polish, either by personal mail or by registered mail with confirmation of receipt, by 17 April 2024 in closed and sealed envelopes to the following address: Law Firm of the Restructuring Advisor Mateusz Ładyg, ul. Cistercians 9, 31-553 Kraków. The conditions for joining the Competition are the payment of a security, the amount of which is specified in the rules of the competition.
