Syndicate of bankruptcy of a non-business natural person (Gdansk-North District Court, 6th Economic Division, GD1G/Gup-s/276/2022), will sell free of charge the set of claims owed to the Fallen Good Life Project Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdansk (NIP: 5871722271, KRS: 780430). The set of claims shall consist of the following claims: the claim resulting from the judgment delivered by the District Court in Gdynia of 08 March 2022 (IV P 151/21), accompanied by a declaration of enforceability dated 02 November 2022, for the reimbursement of the costs of the process . 2.700,00 zł, the amount resulting from the judgment handed down by the District Court in Gdynia of 12 May 2022 (IV P 150/21), accompanied by a declaration of enforceability dated 02 November 2022, including the reimbursement of the costs of the process - PLN 3.00.00 plus interest in the amount of statutory interest for delay. Credits will be subject to total sales. On the basis of the two titles mentioned above, enforcement proceedings took place before the Court Chamber at the District Court of Gdansk-South in Gdańsk Wojciech Raducha (act Km 89/23, Km 90/23). Enforcement proceedings were terminated on 31 May 2023 due to the inefficiencies of executions. The starting price is PLN 1.00 (in words: one zloty zero penny) for the whole package of receivables (all together). The opening and award of tenders will take place on 6 October 2023 at 3 p.m. 11:00 at the Chancellery of Restructuring Advisor. The buyer will be selected at the highest price. The bankruptcy syndicate reserves the right to withdraw from the sale or cancellation of the sale procedure at any time without giving a reason.
