Bankruptcy syndicate Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Samochodowej w Radomiu Sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy, announces a written tender for the sale of a company operating under the company Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Samochodowej w Radomiu Sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy Syndicate of the mass of bankruptcy of Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Samochodowej w Radomiu Sp. z o. o. in bankruptcy announces a written tender for the sale of a company operating under the company Przedbiorsie Komunikacja Samochódowej in Radom Sp.z o.o. in insolvency consisting of: (a) The right to use perpetual land with the right of ownership of buildings, buildings and other equipment permanently related to the land located in Radom, at ul. 1905 Roku 47, woj. mazowieckie, embracing the premises of the Auto Communication Company in Radom Sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy. (KW nr: RA1R/100431/5 and RA1R/100432/2). (b) The right to use perpetual land together with the property rights of buildings and other equipment permanently linked to the land located in Radom, at ul. BelinaPrażmowski, woj. mazowieckie, partially covering the areas of the bus station, belonging to the Motor Transport Company in Radom Sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy. (KW No RA1R/00102174/9) c) Right of use of perpetual land together with the right of ownership of buildings, buildings and other equipment permanently related to the land located in Zwolen, at ul. Kościuszki 37B, woj. mazowieckie, covering the premises of the Auto Communication Company in Radom Sp. z o.o. (KW No. RA1Z/00019354/2) d) Movements specifically indicated in the Opinion of 31.08.2023 with the value of movable property belonging to the Motor Transport Company in Radom Sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy. e) Claims specifically indicated in the Description and estimation of the company operating under the company Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Samochodowej w Radomiu Sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy dated 31.08.2023 year The subject-matter of the sale shall not constitute funds collected in bank accounts and in cash and claims owed to the Fallen which have been settled until the date of the estimated operation. The starting price of the tender shall be equal to the estimation price in option III, i.e. 13 112 945,66 zł (say: thirteen million one hundred twelve thousand nine hundred forty-five zlotys 66/100). The terms of participation in the tender shall be to submit a written offer indicating the purchase price, the company and to pay a security of 10 % of the call price on the balance of the bankruptcy of BNP Paribas No.: 76 2030 0045 1110 0000 0017 3240 with the addition of the PKS Wadium in Radom Sp. z o.o. The tender shall be drawn up in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the tender, including a statement of the tenderer's knowledge of the legal and factual situation and of the absence of objections and claims in that regard.
