The object of the competition is the participation of 1/8 in the property rights of the built-in land property located in the village of Koszelówka, for which the District Court in Gostynin IV The Faculty of Eternal Books maintains a perpetual book with the number PL1G/00005034/8. The price is 50% of the estimated value, i.e. 12 187.50 PLN (in words: twelve thousand one hundred eighty seven zlotys and fifty worse). The estimated operation shall be available for inspection at the syndicate's office and shall be made available in the Annex. Offers must be submitted by 24 May 2024 to: Kancelaria Syndyka Marcin Kopacz ul. Przysnyska 6A, 01-756 Warszawa. The date of impact of the offer to the syndicate is decisive. The offer that entered the syndicate after the deadline will not be considered.
