Syndicate of the bankruptcy mass (Syndic) of Monkey S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (act 18 of Act Gup 84/22) announces sale from a free hand as part of the competition of 385 mobility offers (and taking into account the number of pieces approx. 1800 individual movable property) included in the bankruptcy mass, including used office furniture, grocery equipment, stationary computers, laptops, printers, shredders, fiscal cash registers, telephones, office supplies and other, hereinafter referred to together in the wording of the notice as "Property'. A detailed list of Movements and an estimate of Traffic Measurement is available at Syndyk's office. The starting price for the Movement is PLN 27 553,50 (say: twenty-seven thousand five hundred fifty-three zlotys) net. It is possible to purchase only all movable property (total sales). Detailed information on Salesable Movements and its terms will be made available via Office's e-mail (monkey)geromin ((dot)com or by telephone at number five zero nine seven nine zero four two six. The written offer should be sent by registered letter to Syndyka's office: ul. Giordan Bruna, 9th floor. 37, 02-594 Warsaw or submit directly to Syndyk's office (Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 15.00). The Syndicator allows the possibility to submit an offer via e-mail by sending a scan of the signed offer to: Office ((monkey)geromin ((dot)com. If it is not possible to send a scan of the signed offer, it is acceptable to send the offer in the message content. In any case, the tender must contain: (a) the exact indication of the tenderer: the name or company of the tenderer, Address of residence and PESEL number and, in the case of a company, registered office and address of the tenderer, legal form and KRS/REGON/ NIP number (depending on the legal form of the offerer), telephone number and e-mail address, (b) a precise indication of the subject-matter of the tender, (c) the offered purchase price which may not be lower than the above-mentioned call price, (d) the signature of the natural person who is a tenderer or the signatures of persons authorised to represent a tenderer who is not a natural person. Tenders must be submitted by 31 July 2025 (deciding the date of receipt of the offer to the Syndic Office or to Syndic's e-mail address, not the date on which the offer was submitted). Tenders submitted after that date will not be considered. Where more than one tender meeting the conditions for the announcement is submitted, the syndicate shall arrange for the auction to be conducted, whether on site at the Syndic Office or by means of distance communication in real time, under which tenderers whose tenders have been submitted may bid the price, and the call price shall be the highest price. Totally offered for Traffic. The costs of concluding the sales contract and other costs associated with the sale shall be borne entirely by the buyer. The Syndicator reserves the right, at each stage of the proceedings and without giving a reason, to withdraw from the sale or closure of the tender (programming) without selecting any of the offers.
