Syndicate of the mass of bankruptcy of a natural person not engaged in business activity (Gdansk-North District Court, 6th Economic Division, GD1G/Gup-s/567/2023) will sell free of charge the set of claims owed to the Fallen Mar-MOT Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kowalew Pomorski (NIP: 5030078251, KRS: 551949). The set of claims shall consist of the following claims: the amount of PLN 28 771,20 plus the statutory interest for late commercial transactions calculated from the due date of the claim, i.e. 7 March 2019 until the date of payment of invoice No 2/02/2019 of 4 February 2019, the amount of PLN 28 381,40 and the statutory interest for late commercial transactions calculated from the due date of the claim, i.e. 7 March 2019 until the date of payment of invoice No 1/02/2019 of 4 February 2019, the amount of PLN 25 920,00 plus the statutory interest for late commercial transactions calculated from the due date of the claim, i.e. 2 March 2019 until the date of payment of invoice No 2/01/2019 of 30 January 2019, The claims will be subject to total sales. According to the debtor's statement, the claims were not covered by the implementing title or otherwise secured. In addition, apart from calls for payment, no other enforcement activities were carried out. No statements of deduction were made either. The debtor does not have the knowledge that the operation of the above claims may have been interrupted in any other way. It appears from the findings of the syndicate that the claims are statute-barred. The starting price is PLN 1.00 (in words: one zloty and 00/100) for the whole package of receivables (all together). The opening and award of tenders will take place on 6 October 2023 at 3 p.m. 1:00 p.m. at the Restructuring Advisor's Office. The bankruptcy syndicate reserves the right to withdraw from the sale or cancellation of the sale procedure at any time without giving a reason.
