The object of the competition is the participation of 3/40 in the property rights of land built in the town of Pudwagi, for which the District Court in Kętrzyn V The Department of Eternal Books maintains a perpetual book with the number OL1K/00015906/8. The price is 20% of the estimated value, i.e.PLN 3224,80 (three thousand two hundred twenty-four gold and eighty pennies). The estimated operation is available for inspection at the firm or can be made available by e-mail. Payment of the security to the account referred to in the Rules of Procedure shall be necessary for the consideration of the tender.
