Large 5 axial machining center C9-Ciman Mira, at a call price not less than 70% of the market value of the estimate i.e. the amount of PLN 55.370,00 net (in words: fifty-five thousand three hundred seventy zlotys 00/100) plus any VAT; 2. The large 4 axial machining center CHIRON FZ 18l, at a call price not less than 70% of the market value of the estimate i.e. the amount of PLN 6.979,00 net (in words: six thousand nine hundred seventy nine zlotys 00/100) plus any VAT; 3. 6 sets of components for HIMLET MAGNETIK machines forming steel parts, at a call price not less than 70% of the market value of the estimate i.e. the amount of PLN 100.905,00 net (in words: one hundred thousand nine hundred five zlotys 00/100) plus any VAT; 4. Pilous belt saw, at a call price not less than 70% of the market value of the estimate, i.e. the amount of PLN 5,320,00 net (in words: five thousand three hundred twenty zlotys 00/100) plus any VAT; 5. The machine under construction for FM Palczewski MIKUS s.c. consisting of the following parts: HITEKO electro spindle (new), multi spindle drill (new) and CNC five-axis machine (infinite) and electronics cabinets, at a call price not less than 70% of the market value of the estimate i.e. PLN 166.250,00 net (say: one hundred sixty six thousand two hundred fifty) PLN 00/100) plus any VAT; The sale and acquisition of movable property shall take place in the state in which it is situated on the date of sale.
