SYNDIC SALES PART IN THE LAW OF EVENT USE Act SZ1S/GUp/41/2023, I invite you to submit an offer of sale of property in the form of: a share of 130/10000 in the right of use of perpetual agricultural property, registration plot No 675 with an area of 8300 m2, located in Lipnik, for which the District Court in Stargard, the 5th Faculty of Perpetual Books KW No.SZ1T/00084043/8, marked in the inventory under number 2.1, at the highest price offered, not less than 5% of the nominal value of the above-mentioned bankruptcy component, as defined in the estimate of the asset valuer Waldemar Siupik of 13 September 2023, i.e. at a price not lower than PLN (100,00) one hundred zloty (IV attempt to sell). 1. Tenders shall be submitted to both the Syndicate and the Commissioner's Judge. The price shall be paid at the latest on the date of signature of the sales contract. The signed Offer shall contain: 1) a statement of willingness to purchase, an indication of the right to use the perpetual property together with the offered purchase price, 2. in the case of natural persons: name, address of residence, no pesel, telephone number; in the event of legal persons or defective legal persons: company and KRS number, and in case of a representative's submission of a power of attorney in the form of a copy of a notarial act (offer signed in accordance with the principle of representation); 3. a statement by the tenderer that he is aware of the rules of procedure and of the acceptance of its terms and conditions; 4. Tenders shall be opened within the time limit set by the Judge-designate.
