NOTICE OF THE COMPETITIVE OFFER The bankruptcy syndicate of Żaneta Kowalska announces a competition for offers concerning real estate built in a residential building in bankruptcy proceedings under the signature of Act VIII Gup 103/21S. The object of the tender contest is the property property right built in a residential building, which is a registered plot with number 199/18 from the border number 0008, with an area of 527 m2, located in the village of Głuchów at ul. Peaceful 11, for which the District Court in Grójce, the 5th Department of Perpetual Books keeps a book under the number RA1G/00078631/3 (hereinafter "Real Estate"). The minimum price of the real estate is PLN 446 238 net (fourth forty-six thousand two hundred thirty-eight zlotys 00/100). The conditions for participation in the competition are the submission of a written offer in Polish, in person in a notary firm or in a mail order registered with a return receipt or courier service referred to in the Act of 23 November 2012. Kielecka 1/5, 31-526 Kraków The conditions for entering the tender contest shall be to pay the full amount of the security no later than the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders, i.e. up to an hour. 12.00 p.m. on 6 June 2022 The security shall be paid only in money and shall be equal to 5% of the minimum property price rounded to full zlotys, i.e. 22 312 zł (twenty two thousand three hundred twelve zlotys 00/100). The security shall be transferred to the bank account of the bankruptcy of the number: 11 2490 0005 0000 4000 3087 1645 (Alior Bank S.A.) with the indication in the transfer title: The opening of tenders will take place on 6 June 2022 at 1 p.m. at the abovementioned notary firm.
