1. The Bankruptcy Syndicate invites you to submit offers for the purchase of a part of the bankruptcy estate in the form of: 5/64 ownership rights in the residential premises No. 10 in building No. 64 in Kozłowo in the municipality of Kozlowo in Nidzicki district together with the property belonging to the basement and participation in the joint real estate. For the residential premises concerned, the District Court in Nidzica, IV Faculty of Perpetual Books leads KW No OL1N/00016425/2 for a call price not less than PLN 5 734 (in words: five thousand seven hundred thirty four PLN 00/100), the ownership of the share of 5/1152 in the built-in non-residential building of plot No 252/16 pow. 0.0804 ha in the village in Kozłowo in the municipality of Kozlov in the district of Nidzicki, for which the District Court in Nidzica, IV Faculty of Eternal Books leads KW No OL1N/00010377/8 for a price not less than PLN 313 (in words: three hundred thirteen PLN 00/100),2. The estimated operation may be made available by electronic means together with the rules of competition.3. The competition consists in sending to the Syndic Office (Syndyk Milena Bernacka-Stachniałek, ul. Wyszyńskiego 31J lok. 3, 14-200 Iława), a written unconditional offer (in Polish) with an indication of the price offered (not lower than the call price), with a clear inscription on the envelope: Tenders may be submitted by 28 August 2026 and the date of receipt of the written offer or email to the Syndic Office (not the date on which it was given) is decisive.5. The offerer undertakes to pay the price offered and the taxes, costs and charges due on the purchase of the goods.6 The condition for participation in the Competition is to pay a deposit of 10% of the call price indicated in §2 of the Rules of Procedure.The deposit is paid by bank account of the bankruptcy by 27 August 2026 (the date of impact of the deposit on the bank account is calculated). Offers contrary to the terms of the Rules of Procedure or incomplete ones may be rejected and will then not be taken into account in the award of the competition.10 The competition is important even if only one offer was submitted. The winner of the contest is obliged to pay the entire price before concluding the contract transferring the ownership of the property within the time limit set by Syndyk, under the strictest withdrawal by Syndic, with the decisive influence of the price on the bankruptcy account.
