The subject of the sale shall be: right of ownership of the unbuilt property, covered by the perpetual book No GD1R/00072334/8, conducted by the District Court in Kartuzy, 5th Faculty of Perpetual Books, marked geodetically within the reporting area 0013, Sikorzino, dz. no. 90/24 o pow. 0.4141 ha, at the most advantageous price for bankruptcy, not less than the starting price, i.e. PLN 190 500,00 (say: one hundred ninety thousand five hundred PLN 00/100). All property shall be sold, including: A share of 1⁄2 in property rights forming part of the bankruptcy of Monika Kilińska (Insolvency proceedings before the District Court of Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VI Commercial Division, under the name of Act GD1G/Gup-s/167/2023, Syndicator Łukasz Marciniak) and The share of 1⁄2 in property rights included in the bankruptcy mass of Łukasz Kilinski (Insolvency proceedings before the District Court of Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VI Commercial Division, under the name of Act GD1G/GUP-s/812/2024, Syndicator Jakub Ryncarz). 2.
