Syndicate of the bankruptcy of Małgorzata Szymczak, a natural person not engaged in business, acting under the final decree of the District Court in Białystok, VIII Commercial Division of 25 September 2023, invites the submission of tenders, the object of which is the participation of 1/12 part in the property right of the built-in land, consisting of the registration parcel of No. 467, an area of 0001 and a surface area of 1230 m2, located at ul. Kaliska 9 in Turku, Turkish County, Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The plot is built in a residential building with a service area of about 276 m2. For the property concerned, the District Court in Turku, the 5th Faculty of Perpetual Books keeps a perpetual book with the number KN1T/00000175/6. The price (invoicing) of the object of sale is PLN 31.875,00 (in words: thirty-one thousand eight hundred seventy-five zlotys). Written offers for the purchase of real estate are submitted to the Chancellery of Restructuring Advisor to the following address: ul. Encypedic 2A lok. 2, 01-990 Warsaw, by 12 July 2024 (the date of impact is calculated). The offer, together with the required documents, shall be placed in a closed envelope, which shall be inserted in the second larger envelope. Each of these envelopes should be addressed to the syndicate together with the signature of the BI1B/Gup-s/431/2023 act and the following note: "NO OPPORTUNITY OFFER for the acquisition of real estate in Małgorzata Szymczak' bankruptcy proceedings and include the exact identification of the property concerned and the submitting offer, including the contact number and e-mail address. The opening and recognition of offers will take place at the Restructuring Advisor's Office in Warsaw at ul. Encypedic 2A lok.2, 01-990 Warszawa on 15 June 2024 at 14:00. The condition for participation is to pay a deposit of PLN 3.20.00 (in words: three thousand two hundred zlotys). The Seller reserves the right of cancellation, cancellation or closure of the tendering and auction procedures specified in the public notices, as well as these Rules of Procedure, at any time, also for other reasons other than those mentioned therein. This right shall also be conferred on the Judge appointed to supervise insolvency proceedings consisting of a property covered by these Rules.
