WOR 34154 and VIN WAUZZ4L67D007766 for a price not less than PLN 000,00 (Fifteen thousand zlotys) The offer should include, inter alia: 1) Precise indication of the tenderer: the name or the name of the supplier's company, the address of the successful tenderer's registered address, the legal form of the bidder and the number of the KRS, REGON, NIP (depending on the legal forms of the tenderers) and, in the case of a natural person, PESEL. 2) The purchase price offered for the assets sold, the price offered shall be expressed in amount and in words and shall not be lower than the minimum unit price. (3) A statement that the tenderer has taken note of the facts, i.e. the technical, utility and legal situation, and does not raise any objections. (4) Signature of the natural person who is a tenderer or signatures of the persons authorised to represent the tenderer who is not a natural person on the tender and of all declarations. 5. the contact phone, the e-mail address and the delivery address to which the syndicate may direct correspondence. 6) proof of payment of a deposit of PLN 1.500,00 (one thousand and five hundred zlotys).
