The object of the tender is the property built in Skarżysk-Kamienna at ul. Economics 9, e.g. 1/3 of the property built in an industrial building which is property of land area 0,1381 HA, for which the Book of Perpetual KI1R/00012455/3 and the house built in Skarżysk-Kamienna at ul. Boutique 19, no. The land under the perpetual use right of land area 0,2368 HA and the whole under the property right of buildings situated on/in the ground, constituting a separate property for which the Book of Perpetual KI1R/00010700/2 is kept, which together constitute the whole. 2.
