The Yndyk mass bankruptcy of Mateusz Pietrago will sell the claim due to the bankrupt from Warmia Group Sp. z o. o. sp. k. with its registered office in Olsztyn, free of charge in the tender procedure at a price of 20% of the nominal value i.e. at the price of PLN 22 135.00 (in words: twenty two thousand hundred and thirty five zlotys.). The loan agreement of 18 September 2019 was signed on 8 November 2022. The offer, together with the required documents, shall be placed in a closed envelope, which shall be inserted in the second larger envelope. Each of these envelopes should be addressed to the specified address of the syndicate together with the signature of the act OL1O/GU/35/21 and the following note: "NO OPPORTUNITY OF THE COMPANY OFFER " and include the exact indication of the tender.
