Wanda Łyżwińska's Bankruptcy Syndicate, acting pursuant to the final order of the District Court in Radom V, the Economic Department of 12 December 2023 invites the submission of tenders, the object of which is to participate 1/3 part of the property right to unbuilt land which constitutes the registration parcel number 89/1, 89/2, 130, 131 is a town in Radom, Jedlinsk, within Marcelów. The total area of the property is 1,5500 ha. For the property concerned, the District Court in Radom, the Department of Perpetual Books, maintains a perpetual book with the number KW RA1R/00043030/6. The starting price (minimum) is PLN 20.793,75 (say: twenty thousand seven hundred ninety-three gold seventy-five cents). Written offers for the purchase of real estate are submitted to the Chancellery of Restructuring Advisor to the following address: ul. Encypedic 2A lok. 2, 01-990 Warsaw, by 25 April 2024 (the date of impact is calculated). The offer, together with the required documents, shall be placed in a closed envelope, which shall be inserted in the second larger envelope. The condition for participation is to pay a deposit of PLN 2.00.00 (say: PLN 2,000).
