Bartosz Stelmashek's Bankruptcy Mass Syndicate in the bankruptcy proceedings under Act XV Gup 111/20 will sell the claim free of charge to the debtor: Raiffeisen Bank International AG with its registered office in Vienna- claim in the amount of PLN 107.108,66 plus interest for delay from 16 June 2021 until the date of payment for the refund of the undue benefit in connection with the request for annulment of the mortgage credit agreement indexed to the currency of CHF 200804HL003559000167 of 02.04.2008 concluded with the legal predecessor EGF debtor Eurobank Ergasias SA Branch in Poland. The charge covered by the action brought before the District Court in Warsaw XXVIII Civil Division, Case No XXVIII C 10648/21, remains at the initial stage of the proceedings at first instance. The first date of the hearing was set at 13.01.2025. for an amount not less than PLN 32.768,00 (thirty two thousand seven hundred sixty eight zlotys 0/100). The price agreed with the buyer should be paid in full to the bankruptcy account prior to the conclusion of the sale contract.
