The Syndicate of the Mass of Bankruptcy of Michał Odwodowski, a natural person who does not carry out business activities, acting pursuant to the final order of the District Court in Radom, 5th Economic Division of 29 February 2024, invites you to submit offers, the object of which is cooperative property right to dwelling no. 21 located in the building at ul. Kolberg 20 in Radom with a usable area of 53,70 m2 and a suitable room: a cellar with an area of 1,15 m2 (according to the extract from the Lokali Registry). The total usable area of the premises together with the corresponding space area is 53,70 m2. The location is located in Radom, at ul. Kolberga 20, is located on two registration sites 115/2 and 117/2 with a total area of 0,3573 ha within the 0041 Śródmieście 1, the city of Radom, Radom district, Mazowieckie voivodeship. For the property concerned, the District Court in Radom, the 6th Department of Perpetual Books keeps the perpetual book number RA1R/00178449/1. The price (invoicing) is PLN 293.00.00 (say: two hundred ninety-three thousand zlotys). Written offers for the purchase of real estate are submitted to the Chancellery of Restructuring Advisor to the following address: ul.
