SINDIK SELLING CAR The bankruptcy syndicate in the bankruptcy proceedings of Renata Rękawek, a natural person who is not engaged in business, announces the sale of Volvo C30, the year of production 2007, VIN No: YV1MK765282044104, No. WG 3185C, mileage 254 996 km for a price not less than 12 000,00 PLN (twelve thousand PLN 00/100) gross. Tenders must be submitted in the form of a scan to the following e-mail address: offer@blaszczuk.pl by 24 February 2023 (inclusive). If it is not possible to send a scan of the signed offer, it is acceptable to send the offer in the content of the email. Terms of sale, including formal requirements of the offer, including the need to deposit the security are available upon prior request to the e-mail address: d.wilczek@blaszczuk.pl. The sale will be made to the buyer after payment of the total price by transfer to the bank account of the bankruptcy of Renata Rękawek. All costs of concluding the contract shall be borne by the buyer. Sales made in insolvency proceedings shall have the effect of enforcing the sale. This notice constitutes commercial information, i.e. it does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code. The Syndicate shall be entitled to revoke or annul the proceedings at any stage without giving cause.
