WG 42100, VIN: WDB9036621R733500, mileage 250 000 km at a price not less than PLN 12 670,00 gross. Tenders must be submitted in the form of a scan to the e-mail address: offer@blaszczuk.pl by 05 January 2024 (inclusive). If it is not possible to send a scan of the signed offer, it is acceptable to send the offer in the content of the email. Terms of sale, including formal requirements of the offer, including the need to deposit the security are available upon prior request to the e-mail address: m.malaszek@blaszczuk.pl. The sale will be made to the buyer after payment of the total price by transfer to the bank account of the bankruptcy of Antoni Urawski. All costs of concluding the contract shall be borne by the buyer. Sales made in insolvency proceedings shall have the effect of enforcing the sale.
