Toruńska 12/1, Gmina Rumia, powiat wejherowski, voivodship pomorskie, for which the District Court in Wejherów IV Faculty of Eternal Books in Weiherów maintains an eternal book with the number GD1W/00103004/7 together with the participation of 407/1000 in the joint real estate, which is the property right of plot no. 118 o pow. 580m2 for which the permanent book of GD1W/00004397/4 is kept, for a call price not less than 80% of the market value of the estimate under the conditions of the forced sale, i.e. not lower than PLN 585.060.00 (in words: five hundred eighty five thousand sixty PLN 00/100). The sale and acquisition of the subject matter of the tender contest shall take place in the state in which it is situated on the date of sale.
