The subject of the tender is the company of the bankrupt Company .Gotowski .Construction of Communication and Industry, a limited liability company in bankruptcy, pursuant to Article 320 of the Act of 28 February 2003 .Insolvency laws, at a price not lower than the call price specified in §3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Tender. 2. The subject of the tender shall be the sale of the bankrupt undertaking as a whole comprising: (a) The right of use of perpetual immovable property marked with the number of parcels 1/50, 1/51, 1/127, 1/145 and 1/33 within 131, with a total area of 1,9902 ha, together with the right of ownership of the buildings located on them constituting a separate immovable property located at: ul. Aluminum 144, 85-861 Bydgoszcz, for which the District Court of Bydgonia X Department of the Eternal Books keeps perpetual books with the numbers BY1B/00075423/4, BY1 B/00075425/8, BY1b/00140463/3, BY1/B/0019015/3, BY1/00066474/0, as indicated in the inventory under heading 2.1, (b) The right to movable property indicated in the inventory under headings 1.1 to 1.345 (c) Property rights indicated in the inventory under heading 4.1 excluding cash in cash and claims in bank accounts and claims on failing debtors indicated in the list of claims, at the most favourable price for the bankruptcy mass, not less than PLN 14,809,707,00 (in words: fourteen million, eight hundred and nine thousand seven hundred and seven zlotys 00/100) plus any VAT. 3.
