Bankruptcy syndicate Kamil Perlik (license No 1793) of a natural person not engaged in business proceedings before the District Court of Gorzów Wielkopolski V Economic Division under the name of Act GW1G/GUp-s/210/2025, will sell the claim belonging to the bankruptcy mass at the highest price proposed. 1. The subject-matter of the sale shall be the charges against Łukasz N., which were established by order of payment in the order proceedings issued on 14 September 2023 by the Regional Court in Gorzów Wlkp. I Civil Division, with a declaration of enforceability dated 11 June 2024, amounting to a principal amount of PLN 140.00.00 with a statutory interest for delay from 01.04.2023 until the date of payment. In respect of the debtor of Łukasz N., effective enforcement proceedings are carried out by the Chamber of Justice at the District Court in Myśliborz Anna Zielińska under the name of the act: Km 1007/25. According to Komornik Sądowy as at 05.05.2026 the total amount of the debt covered by the execution is PLN 178 851.48, which consists of a principal amount of PLN 140.00.00 and an interest of PLN 38.85.48 (as at 05:05.2026). In addition, in enforcement proceedings the costs of replacement in execution of PLN 2.700,00 and a enforcement fee of PLN 17.885,10 were charged. The sale will be subject to charges up to the date on which the contract was drawn up. 2. The starting price was set at PLN 71,540,59, representing 40% of the value of the claim as at 5 May 2026. 3. Sales will be made at the highest possible price on the market, but not less than PLN 71,540,59. 4. Tenders for the purchase of the item of sale shall be submitted by 08.09.2026 (inclusive) up to an hour. 16:00 p.m. at: Kancelaria Syndyka Kamil Perlik, ul. Spin 5, 65-770 Green Mountain. The date of impact of the offer to the syndicate is decisive. An offer that was received after the deadline will not be considered. The date on which the offer was made to the public operator is not sufficient. After completion of the tender competition, the offer is non-refundable. 5. The condition for participation in the tender contest is to pay a deposit of 10% of the amount of the call price to the bank account of the bankruptcy mass: 83 1050 1520 1000 0090 8626 2582. 6. The offer must include the price offered (exact indication of the amount), not less than the call price, the designation of the applicant (in the case of a natural person: name, PESEL, address, contact telephone, possibly e-mail address, or, in case of other entities: the name, registered office, registration number, correspondence address, if different from the registered office and contact telephone and possibly the email address, if the contact address is different from the one from which the offer was received) and confirmation of the payment of the security. The tender shall be accompanied by a statement from the tenderer that he is aware of the legal and factual situation, does not raise any objections, agrees to cover any fees, taxes and costs relating to the conclusion of the contract. The buyer will be obliged to pay the price prior to the conclusion of the sale contract. 7. The offer shall be placed in a closed envelope, which shall be inserted in the second larger envelope. Each of these envelopes should be addressed to the syndicate together with the signature of the act: GW1G/Gup-s/210/2025 and the note: The envelope shall not give rise to any doubt as to the entity submitting the tender (prints not related to the tender shall be deleted). 8. The bankruptcy syndicate reserves the right to withdraw from the sale at any time without giving a reason, both before and after the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders. The security shall be refunded in nominal amount within 14 days of the receipt of the offer by the Syndicate or the withdrawal by him from the sale. 9. The buyer is charged with all costs. 10. The opening and recognition of tenders will take place on 10.09.2026 at 11:00. If the receiver receives more than one offer for the acquisition of the claim, the receiver shall choose a more favourable offer. 11.
